Wok-fried shrimp in a rich, mild coconut sauce with broccolini [or green beans] and served over coconut rice brown [or white] rice.

SPICE-RUBBED SALMON • $11.95 pp
Pan-roasted medium- rare wild salmon with a cumin-coriander-chili spice rub a citrus crème fraiche sauce. Served with grilled asparagus and tomato-fried rice.

MOROCCAN CHICKEN • $9.95 pp
Marinated chicken is pan-fried and then baked in a sherry sauce with green olives, toasted almonds and raisins. Served over saffron rice.

MUSTARD AND FENNEL-RUBBED PORK LOIN • $10.95 pp
All-Natural Carlton Farms pork roast is browned on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served with green bean casserole and mashed potatoes.
